Jenson turned three

Hello.

I cannot believe it my beautiful little boy has turned three. It all goes so fast, it seems only seconds ago i was bringing home this little (rather large) baby boy and thinking arrr i am responsible for this tiny creature. Scary.

It has been the best three years of my life, and it really does fly when your having fun.

We had a lovely little celebration the day before his actual birthday with all of the family from both sides - our house was pretty full. 

He was so excited when all these extra people kept turning up with even more presents. I didn't manage to take too many photos of the party as i was too busy being a great hostess haha.

On his actual birthday we decided to go to our local big park. 

Its such a great day out for families or even to chill out with friends.

We fed ducks and swans, played on swings, slides and roundabouts, had a picnic, ran through woods..! 

It was perfect and Jenson had an absolute blast.

Hello.

I have had this colour for quite a few months now, and had totally forgot about it. It has i must admit been sitting all unloved in one of my many boxes and baskets of make-up and polishes. I really love the two tone colour that changes in the light, its lovely. To me its a autumn/winter colour so i may not wear it many times in the summer. It doesn't seem very summery to me, but come September i am sure it will be a firm favorite of mine. 

Excuse my extremely short nails, i have recently had my acrylics taken off and had to cut my nails right down :(

HELLO. Thought i would share with you some perfect things.

HELLO. This is an outfit i wore about a month ago for a few drinks and a night out with some friends. I LOVE disco pants as you can see (i have four pairs!). These purple ones are easier to wear than some of the other colours besides black. I have a serious obsession and literally lived in my black ones pretty much all last summer, I find they go with a lot of clothes. I think a few of my friends asked if i was ever going to wear something different. I find them so flattering and they suck you in too, plus they make your legs look longer. I could go on. ..

Excuse my face..no make up, feeling a bit rough. Sorry.

Hair Care

Hello. 

So i decided to treat myself.

 I  have been blonde now for about a year, before that i have been every colour imaginable (maybe a blog post about this in the near future), but for now i think the blonde is here to stay for a little longer.

Lee Stafford Bleach blondes Shampoo and Hot shots for blondes.

I have been umming and aaring about the Lee Stafford products for about a week. I really wanted to try them as i have heard good reviews of them, but was a little unsure as alot of other purple shampoos i have used have not been what i expected. That could possibly well be down the to fact that i can be quite extreme with my hair and i never got the "ice" coloured hair i was probably expecting. BUT, i really like this one. I used both the shampoo and the hot shots My hair was instantly a lovely ash blonde colour.  It says on the bottle not to use everyday, as it is a toning shampoo and you could be left with a few lilac/purple streaks. Which if your like me and planning on going a (slight) lilac colour i thought was perfect.

So onto the loreal feria Pastel toning conditioner.

This hair product is something i have wanted for a month or two. I love love love lilac hair, its beautiful. I have had my hair lilac twice in the past, the first time was 3 years ago (this trend is still going strong i see)!! I am not sure i could ever get bored of this hair colour, its just a shame it is extremely hard to maintain if you plan on being this block colour all over, with re-growth and hair being damaged and so on. I have not used this yet, but will post a review as soon as i do.
